Piero Lissoni has unveiled his designs for the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Miami Beach.
This 7ac waterfront property in Florida will open in 2016, with 111 condominium residences and 15 single-family villas. Prices range from US$2 million to US$40 million.
Residences range from 1,700 to over 11,000sqft, and come with 60 different floor plans and personalised interiors. This includes a Boffi kitchen, built-in coffee systems, and gaggenau appliances. There will be pirvate elevator foyers, large terraces, and private pools. The units are also equipped with smart-home technology.
The residence is also designed like a resort, consisting of waterfront social room with a bar, a pool deck with views of Miami beach, There is also virtual golf and a private theatre. The ultimate luxury amenity is the private spa treatment suite, and this comes with a sauna, steam rooms, a meditation garden, as well as indoor and outdoor yoga studios.
Just like a hotel, it comes with valet parking, a 24h concierge with bespoke services, and a pet salon.
