A part of Fiji’s main island, Nanuku, is now for sale.
Nanuku Ocean Estates, which is close to the Nanuku Auberge Resort Fiji, has released several beach homes that are priced up to US$995,000.
There are 10 freehold home sites up for sale, and they range from a third to three fourths of an acre. There’s also the option to build your bespoke dream home from scratch. Many of these sites are along private beaches, or directly at the waterfront.
The pre-built, 4,520sqm home, Villa Tinikatolu, is also on the market. The house rests on slightly more than an acre of land, and comes with large grand ceilings, three bedrooms with en-suite baths that have individual Jacuzzis, a hot tub, an outdoor landscaped shower, and a beachfront pool. There is also a gourmet kitchen.
Although there is an option to choose from a pre-approved plan from Grounds Kent Architects (the team who designed the Nanuku Auberge Resort Fiji), one may decided to built a dream home with trusted contractors and architects.
The best part about living next to a resort? Having access to the restaurant and bar, its Lomana Spa and Wellness Centre, and 24h gated security. And yes, the beach is all yours to frolic on.
A four-day, three-night Discovery Tour for prospective owners is available — this includes a stay at the Auberge Resort (US$1,500 per couple).
This offer will be available till the end of 2015.[via Robb Report]
