Michelin Star Restaurant Opens In Paris’ Charles De Gaulle Airport

There is now a Michelin-starred restaurant in the Charles de Gaulle Airport, Paris.

Called “I Love Paris”, the restaurant can be found at Terminal 2E, and is helmed by three-starred Michelin chef Guy Martin.

The interior was designed by India Mahdavi, who was inspired by the Palais Royal. The restaurant is only for passengers flying to Asia or the US. This is to encourage people to fly to Paris, even if it’s a transit.

The restaurant is open from 9am to 11pm, and has a Ruinart Champagne Bar, and serves French dishes like Blanquette de veal en cocotte, roasted monkfish, fillet of duckling, steak with béarnaise sauce, pot-au-feu, and mango and blue lobster carpaccio. There is also a sandwich bar that has tapas and hamburgers.

There is no word on how much the most expensive menu costs, but prices start at US$33.
